By 2020, Borneo is the third largest island on the planet and is also one of the least known destinations in Southeast Asia. Indonesians refer to the island in their language as Kalimantan. However, for people from outside Indonesia, Kalimantan is the area that Indonesia occupies on the island of Borneo. The region of Malaysia in Borneo is called East Malaysia or Malay Borneo. And it is in this part of the island where we propose to do this Incentive trip.

Sobre el evento

Día 1, vuelo Internacional España/Kuala Lumpur
Día 2, Kuala Lumpur.
Recogida en el aeropuerto internacional de Kuala Lumpur, iremos al hotel a dejar las maletas, y visitaremos el barrio chino y el Central Marquet de Kuala Lumpur donde podremos realizar las compras deseadas, Al atardecer visitaremos y subiremos a las Torres Petronas. Noche en hotel Element by Westin, Kuala Lumpur.
Dia 3 Kuala Lumpur.
Después de desayunar visitaremos las Batu Caves, el templo Hindú más importante de Kuala Lumpur y subiremos sus 300 Escalones hasta el interior de la cueva.
Al atardecer visitaremos y subiremos a las Torres Petronas, desde donde podremos apreciar el increíble Skyline de la ciudad.
Noche en hotel Element by Westin, Kuala Lumpur.
Día 4, Kuala Lumpur/Sandakan.
Después de desayunar, Traslado al aeropuerto de Kuala Lumpur. Vuelo a Sandakan, nos recogerán en el aeropuerto de Sandakan, traslado en minivan a Sepilok Nature Resort. Cena y noche en SNR.
Día 5, Sandakan.
visita Orangutanes, paseo río en barca. Después de desayunar, a las 9.00 visita al centro de rehabilitación de Orangutanes de Sepilok.
En Sepilok Rehabilitation Center, podremos ver de cerca los Orangutanes, los veremos en las plataformas de alimentación y en la nueva guardería.
Posteriormente visitaremos la nueva reserva de Sun Bear en Sepilok, el Sun Bear es el Oso mas pequeño del mundo y desgraciadamente también una especie en peligro de Extinción. Caminata Fácil.
Comeremos en Sepilok Nature Resort, a las 3 de la tarde veremos de nuevo a los Orangutanes en el “feeding” de la tarde.
Posteriormente regreso a a Sepilok Nature Resort. Cena y noche en SNR.
Día 6, Kinabatangan.
Paseo en barco por el rio para ver la fauna salvaje. Después de Desayunar, a las 10.00 nos trasladaremos al puerto de Sandakan, desde sonde saldremos en lancha rápida a la zona de Abai en el Kinabatangan.Traslado de 1 hora y 45 minutos.
En el Kinabatangan es donde podremos ver más animales en nuestra visita a Borneo, podremos ver los Monos Narigudos (Proboscis monkeys) Orangutanes en libertad, Elefantes pigmeos, etc...
Llegaremos a comer al resort en Kinabatangan. Después de la comida Crucero en barca por el río de 16.00 a 18.00 horas, regresaremos al resort con la puesta de Sol. Después de cenar, Crucero nocturno en Longboat de 8 a 10 PM. Cena y noche en KWR.
Día 7, Kinabatangan.
Paseo en barco por el río para ver la fauna salvaje. Nos levantamos temprano para el Crucero matutino por el rio de 6.00 a 8.00 de la mañana.
Comemos en el resort. Después de la comida Crucero en Longboat por el rio de 16.00 a 18.00 horas, regresaremos al resort con la puesta de Sol.
Cena y noche en Kinabatangan Wetlands resort. Después de cenar paseo nocturno para ver animales e insectos en la zona del resort. Caminata Fácil.
Día 8, Kinabatangan, Sandakan, Kuala Lumpur.
Después de desayunar saldremos en lancha rápida hacia Sandakan, traslado de 1 hora y 45 minutos, al puerto de Sandakan trayecto de 2 horas. Este día visitaremos la ciudad de Sandakan, su mercado.
Comeremos en el English TEA house restaurant donde disfrutaremos de las vistas, después de comer visitaremos el templo Budista Puh Jih Syh, al atardecer traslado al aeropuerto de Sandakan.
Desde Sandakan tomaremos el vuelo a Kuala Lumpur, donde conectaremos con el vuelo nocturno de regreso a casa.
Day 1, International Spain / Kuala Lumpur flight
Day 2, Kuala Lumpur.
Arrival at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, transfer to the hotel to drop bags, visit Chinatown and the Central Marquet of Kuala Lumpur, (where we can do some Shopping), At dusk , visit and climb the Petronas Towers.
Overnight at Element by Westin hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Day 3, Kuala Lumpur.
After breakfast, visit the Batu Caves and the most important Hindu temple in Kuala Lumpur. Then climb its 300 Steps (to the interior of the cave).
At sunset , visit and climb the Petronas Towers, (to appreciate the incredible Skyline of the city).
Overnight at Element by Westin hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Day 4, Kuala Lumpur / Sandakan.
After breakfast, Transfer to Kuala Lumpur airport. Flight to Sandakan, to be picked up from Sandakan airport, transfer by minivan to Sepilok Nature Resort. Dinner and overnight at SNR.
Day 5, Sandakan.
Visit Orangutans and river boat ride. After breakfast, at 9.00 am , visit the Orangutans at the Sepilok rehabilitation center (At the Sepilok Rehabilitation Center, where one can see the Orangutans up close, then on the feeding platforms and finally, in the new nursery).
Later , visit the new Sun Bear reserve in Sepilok, (the Sun Bear is the smallest Bear in the world and unfortunately also an endangered species).
Easy hike.
Lunch at Sepilok Nature Resort. Then, at 3 in the afternoon see the Orangutans again at their afternoon ‘feed’.
Later return to Sepilok Nature Resort. Dinner and overnight at SNR.
Day 6, Kinabatangan.
Boat trip on the river to see wildlife. After breakfast, at 10.00 transfer to the port of Sandakan, from Sonde leave by speedboat to the Abai area in the Kinabatangan. (Transfer of 1 hour and 45 minutes). (In the Kinabatangan one can see the most animals on the visit to Borneo, a chance to see the Long-nosed Monkeys (Proboscis monkeys) Orangutans in the wild, Pygmy Elephants, etc ...)
Arrive to eat at the resort in Kinabatangan. After lunch River Boat Cruise from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, return to the resort with the sunset. After dinner, Longboat Night Cruise from 8:00 to 10:00 PM. Dinner and overnight at KWR.
Day 7, Kinabatangan.
Boat trip on the river to see wildlife. Early start for the river cruise from 6:00 to 8:00 in the morning.
Lunch at the resort. Later, Longboat Cruise on the river from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and return to the resort with the sunset.
Dinner and overnight at Kinabatangan Wetlands resort. After dinner night walk to see animals and insects in the resort area. Easy hike.
Day 8, Kinabatangan, Sandakan, Kuala Lumpur.
After breakfast, leave by speedboat to Sandakan, transfer of 1 hour and 45 minutes, to the port of Sandakan, 2 hour journey. This day there will be a visit the city of Sandakan and its market.
Lunch at the English TEA house restaurant (with a chance to enjoy the views), after lunch, visit the Buddhist temple Puh Jih Syh, and at sunset transfer to Sandakan airport.
From Sandakan fly to Kuala Lumpur, to connect with the night flight back home.
