We welcomed this group to a hotel on the seafront, within walking distance of the historic centre.

The programme included a gymkhana to discover Dalt Vila, a catamaran day to Formentera with DJ and barbecue on board, and exploring the island in a 2CV.

On the menu: lunches and dinners at the best restaurants on the island, from Santa Eulalia to Playa d'en Bossa via Cala Talamanca, the participants were not disappointed by the gastronomy of the famous island of Ibiza.

And of course, a visit to the Pacha and Hï Ibiza was a must.

Palma de Mallorca, a land and sea destination that doesn't disappoint.

We're kicking off our programme here with a bike ride: an ideal way to discover the city, taking in the seafront promenade, the Cathedral, the narrow streets of the historic centre... and a gourmet stop to try the famous ensaimadas.

And, of course, a catamaran day, with stops for a swim and a BBQ to recharge your batteries.

And finally, a visit to a vineyard with wine tasting and local produce, followed by a paella cooking show put on by one of the island's top chefs.
