March 2020, the year continues with an international conference that brings together more than 150 people from all over the world.
Doctors, dietitians and journalists, who were stayig in 3 hotels in the historic center of Madrid, were able to attend the ninth edition of this conference.
Due to the Covid-19, part of the interventions had to be carried out via videoconference with speakers from all over the world ...
This posed a real challenge for our (amazing) technical team, without taking into account all the last minute logistical changes (the number of participants expected was 450 people).
Despite the situation in which we found ourselves, albeit under great duress, it was successfully achieved, and the participants were able to enjoy the meetings, dinners and the beautiful sun of Madrid, all thanks to the great work of the team and the professionalism of EVENTS 2 SPAIN, and the French agency, of course.
In January 2020, we had the first event of the year, in a spectacular venue chosen by one of our clients (a laboratory) to organize their gala dinner, surrounded by modernist art.
The first surprise for the 180 guests from all over the world: the projection of a film in the auditorium, equipped with the latest technology, popcorn, a guitarist ... all this within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia.
The evening ended with a cocktail based on quality Catalan products.
MÁLAGA
Motorbike circuits
For this distributor of motorbike accessories, it was important that its customers could test their products in real-life conditions, and what better place than our beautiful region!
So we organised a 6-day tour of the most beautiful Andalusian landscapes.
Malaga - Ronda - Granada - Cordoba

We hosted this convention for the company's 30th anniversary in Malaga's finest hotel, bringing together over 200 guests.
The programme included a prize-giving ceremony on the rooftop, privatised for the occasion, a private concert with a surprise guest, an emotional morning during which participants strolled along the Caminito del Rey, lunch in a private cortijo with swimming pool and, finally, a seaside dinner to end the stay with their feet in the water.
Incentive trip
The participants stayed in THE most beautiful 5* hotel in Malaga: sea view, swimming pool, private rooftop for a cocktail lunch... the programme got off to a good start...

We welcomed this group to a hotel on the seafront, within walking distance of the historic centre.

On the menu: lunches and dinners at the best restaurants on the island, from Santa Eulalia to Playa d'en Bossa via Cala Talamanca, the participants were not disappointed by the gastronomy of the famous island of Ibiza.
And of course, a visit to the ...
LANZAROTE
Laboratory seminar
We recommended Lanzarote to a pharmaceutical client looking for a seaside destination less than 4 hours' flight from Paris in the middle of January.
One of our favourite islands for its gastronomy, its lunar landscapes and its architectural heritage, which we owe to the famous artist César Manrique, painter, sculptor and architect born on the island.
Staying in a hotel surrounded by cactus in the south of the island, the 170 participants were able to take part in a packed programme of meetings and discover the island:
- on the sea side: by taking part in a regatta from the harbour, which is just a short walk from the hotel
- on land: during a rally by car, they discovered the ...
BILBAO
Incentive Travel
Welcome to Bilbao, a region where gastronomy plays an important role, but not only...
The participants stayed in the historic centre. A fantastic location for a tasting of pintxos, the typical tapas, as well as a bike ride and boat trip along the river.
And, of course, a visit to the Guggenheim Museum.
To round off the programme, a visit to a vineyard near ...
By 2020, Borneo is the third largest island on the planet and is also one of the least known destinations in Southeast Asia. Indonesians refer to the island in their language as Kalimantan. However, for people from outside Indonesia, Kalimantan is the area that Indonesia occupies on the island of Borneo. The region of Malaysia in Borneo is called East Malaysia or Malay Borneo. And it is in this part of the island where we propose to do this Incentive trip.
